About

Name origin
'8' stands for the eight members; 'TURN' means it is now their turn to take charge of K-pop. Rotated sideways, the 8 becomes an infinity symbol, expressing their infinite potential and charm. Their official greeting is "Who's turn? 8TURN!"
Formation
8TURN is MNH Entertainment's first boy group. The members trained under the pre-debut name BOM (Boys Of MNH) and were selected through the WAG (World Audition for Guys) program; all eight were revealed on October 11, 2022 through their first vlog in Japan. The group name 8TURN was announced January 2, 2023, and they debuted January 30, 2023 with the mini album 8TURNRISE (physical February 6) and the hip-hop lead single 'TIC TAC'. They followed with Uncharted Drift (June 26, 2023), Stunning (January 9, 2024), a Japanese debut (March 2024), the single album Leggo (March 4, 2025), Electric Heart: Born to Glow (August 21, 2025) and the 3rd single album 8.X (July 21, 2026), plus the 2024 Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace appearance. After their first world tour 8TURNRISE (2025), they are on their second world tour 8TURN TRACE in 2026 — Europe in September, then the US (Oct 20–Nov 14, 11 cities) and Mexico City (Nov 16).
Why fans love them
8TURN built a loyal TURNING fandom on powerhouse live performance and genre-hopping music — debut track 'TIC TAC', 'EXCEL', 'RU-PUM PUM', 'LEGGO', 'Electric Heart', 'BRUISE' and '8PM' all showcase a different sound. Fans and Ticketmaster concert reviewers consistently praise their stage presence, live vocals and fan interaction, and the members increasingly write and shape their own material. Leader Jaeyun — a Korean-New Zealand dual citizen who competed on BOYS24 and MIXNINE, and fluent in English — is the face of the group's international outreach, while Kyungmin (a former I-LAND contestant) anchors the performance line. Their first US world tour in 2025 earned a string of 5-star fan reviews, and the 2026 8TURN TRACE tour carries that momentum into 11 US cities plus Mexico City.
