About

Name origin
The name symbolizes five hearts with different stories and energies coming together to create one powerful heartbeat capable of moving listeners.
Formation
HEART OF WOMAN is the first girl group from Blue Brown Records, the label co-founded by the late R&B singer Wheesung and director Myung Sang Woo. The five members were introduced through their pre-debut reality show TEACH ME HOW and debuted on May 28, 2026 with their first full album Heart Byte : LEGACY, an unusually ambitious 13-track debut.
Why fans love them
Fans love HEART OF WOMAN for a confident, wide-ranging debut sound that moves between 2000s-inspired pop and R&B, hip-hop and sultry grooves, and for a lineup whose members bring different strengths, from survival-show experience to classical vocals, ballet and multilingual rap. Their Y2K-meets-Y3K concept and the sheer breadth of the debut album made them one of 2026's most talked-about rookie girl groups.

Hit songs

Lost in Proof

The title track of the debut album Heart Byte : LEGACY (May 28, 2026), a 1990s new jack swing-inspired song with jazzy piano and rich R&B harmonies about loving yourself so you do not lose yourself.

Why it hit: As the title track of a bold 13-track debut album, it introduced the group's retro-modern identity and self-love message to the public.

Melt

The pre-release track from the first mini album ETERNAL FADE (released October 28, 2026), a UK garage and drum-and-bass song about a cold heart gradually melting as it is drawn to another person, built around the lyric 'Listen to me'.

Why it hit: The dreamlike video, using light and time as motifs, opened the group's first comeback campaign about six months after debut.

TEA

A follow-up promoted track from Heart Byte : LEGACY, a hip-hop dance song built around atmospheric synths and a recurring vocal motif, with choreography built on a signature teacup-holding hand movement; the linked video is the group's official archiving video for the song.

Why it hit: Its earworm 'spill the tea' hook and music-show follow-up promotions kept the debut album's campaign running into July 2026.
